“I am a proud new Ford owner!! A couple of weeks ago I went to get my boat out of storage and my 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 had the engine lamp come on in the dash for about the 45th time. “We needed to find an inexpensive, good, clean, small suv, in good working order . I drove through the lot and got out to look at one that caught my eye and w/in a few minutes Tim approached me and asked if I had any questions. We chatted for a few minutes but as usual I didn't have much time so I said I had to get back home with the full gas cans for my husband's backhoe. He suggested I take the suv even w/ the gas cans. So that's what I did and had the vehicle for about 2 hours. When I brought it back I didn't receive any high pressure sales, but Tim politely said to call him if I had any other questions. Several days later I went back for another test drive and to take it to my mechanic for inspection. I had it most of the day. My mechanic said it had a lot going for it but it needed a few belts and things like that. I returned it and once again I had only a few minutes to spare. Tim asked me what I would pay for the vehicle and I told him what my offer would be (which was well below asking price). He checked w/ his superior and came back with an offer just a little more than mine...so I accepted. “Nick Burgess promptly answered my email inquiry on a used truck I'd seen online. I was initially disappointed that the truck had already been sold but Nick kept my name and I was pleasantly surprised when he called me two days later to inform me that the prior sale had fallen through and asked if I was still interested. Randy personally addressed me and my situation. He accommodated me with a ride promptly back to the RV park within minutes. “I wasn't very happy when the water pump on my 1998 Mercury Cougar failed. Of course it is a '98 and something had to give out sooner or later. It was a good car and had lasted me this long though, so I figured I would fix the problem and take care of it the way it took care of me. So I checked all the parts houses in town to no avail. Nobody could find my water pump. It seemed I had the last one in all of Eastern Idaho and it was broken. Finally I went to Broadway Ford. The counterman, Tyrel, started off by lifting my mood with a smile. Which was a welcome relief considering my situation. He prompty looked up my part only to inform me that it was obsolete and couldn't be acquired through Ford any longer. I was disappointed and I'm sure Tyrel could tell because he immediately told me that he would start searching for a used pump. He made several phone calls to salvage yards, and checked some websites. After about 10 minutes he gave me the good news. That he had found one in Salt Lake and he could have it here in the morning. He took my information and promised to give me a call when it arrived. I found one on their website and called to check on the price and status of the car.
