"I wasn't very happy when the water pump on my 1998 Mercury Cougar failed. Of course it is a '98 and something had to give out sooner or later. It was a good car and had lasted me this long though, so I figured I would fix the problem and take care of it the way it took care of me. So I checked all the parts houses in town to no avail. Nobody could find my water pump. It seemed I had the last one in all of Eastern Idaho and it was broken. Finally I went to Broadway Ford. The counterman, Tyrel, started off by lifting my mood with a smile. Which was a welcome relief considering my situation. He prompty looked up my part only to inform me that it was obsolete and couldn't be acquired through Ford any longer. I was disappointed and I'm sure Tyrel could tell because he immediately told me that he would start searching for a used pump. He made several phone calls to salvage yards, and checked some websites. After about 10 minutes he gave me the good news. That he had found one in Salt Lake and he could have it here in the morning. He took my information and promised to give me a call when it arrived. Next time I need any parts I will be sure to go see Tyrel."

"I own a 2006 Ford F-150 and have been buying parts lately for my pickup and Ed Gomez has been my parts guy at Broadway Ford. Ed has been very helpful locating parts for me, getting what's least expensive and the best quality. I needed a door trim piece and the dealer part was very expensive. Ed recommended I go a near-by wrecking yard for the part. I did and bought the OEM part for a fraction what new would have cost.
I will always go back to Broadway Ford and talk to Ed. When I need parts for my Ford truck I know Ed will give me honest advice and help me keep my vehicle running and looking great."

" You know I was thinking about a new truck and went online to get an idea of what was around. Within 10 minutes, Nick Burgess was on the phone telling me what they had at Broadway Ford. We talked for some time and I was impressed with Nick. I was in Arizona at the time but Nick kept in touch with me, I told him the date I would be back in town and Nick gave me a call just as I was heading to the dealership. Within about 3 hours I drove out with my new truck. I was introduced to Jason Eggertsen, the service manager, and had everything set up to get the prep work done on the truck. I took it in on Friday morning and as promised was ready to go on Saturday morning. I was also provided a loaner car to use while my truck was being prepped. Between Nick, Jason and the rest of the staff at Broadway Ford, I could not have had a better experience. Thank you Broadway Ford."

"On 9/26/11 I was traveling through Idaho on a two week excursion with my wife and my RV in tow. As luck would have it, I experienced truck problems. I run a business in which I am an avid Ford purchaser. Over the last few years, I have purchased over thirty Ford vehicles from a single dealership in the Memphis,TN area. Upon discovery of my problem, I contacted my dealership here to help me locate the closest Ford dealer as I was traveling in your state. I was put in direct contact with the service manager at Broadway Ford. I was approximately 80 miles from Idaho Falls when I first made contact with Randy Cate. He helped give me a rough analysis over the phone and proceeded to help coordinate my route into Idaho Falls. My secondary issue was the 40' 14,000 lb RV I was towing. Randy was more than instrumental in directing me to the closest RV park so that I could safely locate my wife and RV without being inconvenienced. I arrived at Broadway Ford at Approximately 3:00PM. Randy personally addressed me and my situation. He accommodated me with a ride promptly back to the RV park within minutes. By 10:00AM the next morning, Randy called my cell and immediately provided with a ride back to the dealership. By 10:30AM I was back in my 2008 F350 Dually and hooked back up to my RV.
If everyone conducted business as effective and efficiently as Randy Cote and Broadway Ford things would certainly be better. I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate the exceptional service and how much your dealership impressed me! "

"Nick Burgess promptly answered my email inquiry on a used truck I'd seen online. I was initially disappointed that the truck had already been sold but Nick kept my name and I was pleasantly surprised when he called me two days later to inform me that the prior sale had fallen through and asked if I was still interested. Negotiating the deal was hassle and pressure free and Nick was extremely responsive in getting the paperwork done to finalize the sale. I flew in from out of state to get the truck and Nick was kind enough to drive 50 miles to another city to pick me up, saving me over a $150 in airfare. The truck was exactly as described and I was very happy with it. The drive back to the dealership to sign the paperwork was very enjoyable and when we got there the staff at Broadway Ford was great as well and I was quickly on the road back home in my freshly detailed truck. It's now been a week and a half, the truck is running great and Nick has checked back a number of times just to make sure everything is OK. He even kept checking with the prior owner to successfully locate a second remote ignition key and send it to me. The price? It was a great enough deal to fly in and then drive over 800 miles to get back home. And I'd do it again without hesitation even though I live in a large city with plenty of local dealerships. Nick is fantastic to deal with both during and after the sale. The follow-up is phenomenal. I highly recommend Nick and Broadway Ford, they do a great job."

On July 29th, I drove my 2004 F150 up to your service entryway. The truck had a terrible whine and growl which could be heard from quite a distance. I'd been on my way from Yellowstone to Phoenix, Az, when this excuciating noise erupted somewhere along the interstate. I received directions from the service station to your location.
You took my dire circumstances into immediate consideration and within thirty minutes had the problem diagnosed. Your professionalism, courtesy and expertise were evident throughout the entire time I waited for my truck to be repaired - which took place with remarkable expedience. You kept me constantly informed of the status and progress of the work underway. I want to thank Ken Tolliver and your entire crew for a job well done. "We needed to find an inexpensive, good, clean, small suv, in good working order . I drove through the lot and got out to look at one that caught my eye and w/in a few minutes Tim approached me and asked if I had any questions. We chatted for a few minutes but as usual I didn't have much time so I said I had to get back home with the full gas cans for my husband's backhoe. He suggested I take the suv even w/ the gas cans. So that's what I did and had the vehicle for about 2 hours. When I brought it back I didn't receive any high pressure sales, but Tim politely said to call him if I had any other questions. Several days later I went back for another test drive and to take it to my mechanic for inspection. I had it most of the day. My mechanic said it had a lot going for it but it needed a few belts and things like that. I returned it and once again I had only a few minutes to spare. Tim asked me what I would pay for the vehicle and I told him what my offer would be (which was well below asking price). He checked w/ his superior and came back with an offer just a little more than mine...so I accepted. He let me take the vehicle home with me immediately and we would then do the financing and paperwork days later. Everyone there was friendly and courteous and absolutely no cars sales pressures. Tim is a nice down to earth person whom I would do business with again. I also met the owner of Broadway Ford and had a nice conversation with him and was very impressed with him as well. I was happy how easy and affordable it was to do business at Broadway Ford."

"I am a proud new Ford owner!! A couple of weeks ago I went to get my boat out of storage and my 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 had the engine lamp come on in the dash for about the 45th time. I took it to the local Dodge dealer here in Idaho Falls, and about 45 minutes later I was back on the road. Down the street with the RSD sign still in my rear view mirror the light was back on, the next available road to turn around on was Broadway, so I decided to drop down to the Ford store to see what they had for trucks. I pulled in and got out looking at the new F-250's and I found one sitting on the front row that was dressed up with nice custom wheels and tinted windows that I fell in love with when I put my eyes on it!! Ray Corona came out and greeted me and told me to take it for a spin. I was amazed with the fit, finish, and electrical options on this truck. At this point I was wondering why I ever drove the loud, light flashing, rough riding Dodge. After about an hour of driving around and pushing buttons I went back and told Ray we need to make a deal! Ray took me inside and we sat down with Jordan and he went over trade in, finances, rebates, ect. ect... Facts are, Ray Corona, Jordan Crnkovich were very professional, and low pressure, I got a truck that I love, and am not frustrated with my ride anymore, they gave me a great deal and great trade in on my old Dodge. I would highly recommend that if you are in the market to purchase a new vehicle (car or truck) you go visit these guys down at Broadway Ford! Truly a five star experience!! Thanks Ray!!"

Tim then personally escorted me to a local pickup shell merchant where we purchased a new pickup shell. These efforts were beyond those expected of a good salesperson and are sincerely appreciated.
